Author Guidelines
The article is the result of research in community service, is not plagiarized, and has never been published. The article is written according to the specified writing instructions. The template for writing can be downloaded from the Download Template menu.
Authors are strongly advised to use software such as Mendeley or Zotero to manage references (citations and bibliographies).
Article submissions are made through this site. Authors are required to have an account to submit articles. If the Author has no account, they can register via the Register menu. When filling out the registration form, don't forget to choose the role of Author. After the Author has an account, they can log in, click New Submission, and then follow the steps. The article is in Microsoft Word format (.doc / .docx) with a maximum size of 2 MB.
All manuscripts are reviewed by reviewers appointed by the editor according to their expertise. Certainty of publication/rejection of the manuscript will be notified in writing via email. The review process takes about 1 to 2 months (usually, the review results will appear a maximum of one month before the publication schedule). To maintain the quality of the review process, The Voice: International Journal of Community Service provides a fast-track review for IDR 1.000,000 (Local, Indonesia Only) and $300 (International). There are three review results types: accepted, revised, or rejected. If a revision is required, the author will have two weeks to revise the manuscript based on the recommendations and suggestions from the reviewers and editors. A Letter of Acceptance (LoA) will only be issued if the article has been accepted for publication.
Emails from The Voice: International Journal of Community Service may sometimes be directed to the spam folder. Therefore, authors are advised to check the spam folder in their email or routinely monitor the article's status on their journal account.
Manuscripts must be written in clear and proper English.
Revisions must be uploaded in the Review - Upload Author Version menu. Article revisions that are not uploaded to that section will be considered unrevised.
The Call for Papers will be open throughout the year.
Each year, there are 6 (six) journal publication periods.
The voice: International Journal of Community Service
November edition (No. 1), January edition (No. 2), March edition (No. 3), May edition (No. 4), July edition (No. 5), September edition (No. 6). Since the review process takes 1-2 months, the latest paper submission is 2 months before each edition is published, so, for example, the February Edition, the latest is December.
The article submission and review process are free of charge. If the article is accepted, there is an online publication fee of IDR 300,000 (local Indonesia only) and $60 (International). Because our journals are open access (published articles can be accessed for free by anyone), the online publication fee will support journal operations such as site maintenance, DOI, etc.
All matters related to citation permissions, the use of computer software for manuscript preparation, or other intellectual property rights (IPR) issues, along with any resulting legal consequences, are the full responsibility of the author.
Provisions for cancellation of articles that have been submitted: Notification of article cancellation can be made via email at jurnal.techno.com@gmail.com. If the article is still in the review and revision process, it will be returned to the Author, and no fees will be charged. If the article has been published, it cannot be canceled unless serious problems include plagiarism, ethnicity, religion, race and intergroup violations, etc.
